Appetizer Buffets

The perfect buffet for every occasion! Schanks recommends that a four or
five item appetizer buffet is suitable for very light appetizers, six to seven
items is a substantial appetizer spread and if you would like to consider
your selections a meal choose eight to ten items. We welcome any requests you may have. Please consult with our Function Coordinator for pricing and suggestions. Appetizer buffets require an order for a minimum of 15 guests.
