Every event deserves great food and drinks! Schanks offers an outstanding variety of buffet style dinners. We can also create or customize a menu for you. Each of the following dishes are served with your choice of accompaniments and fresh rolls and butter. Minimum 20 guests per selection on all dinner buffets.

Royal Feast:

Schanks most popular entrée. AAA Prime Rib chef carved and served with Yorkshire pudding, demi-glaze, au jus and horseradish.

Traditional Turkey:

Oven roasted turkey piled on home-style dressing, mouth-watering gravy and cranberries for the ultimate feast anytime.

Choose a Salad:

Schanks garden salad, Caesar salad, Potato salad or Pasta salad. For an additional $1.50 per person, Spinach salad or Greek salad can be substituted.

Choose a vegetable:

Roasted vegetable medley, brussel sprouts, honey glazed carrots, or green beans.

Choose a potato/grain:

Garlic mashed potatoes, steamed Jasmine rice with green peas,
oven-roasted potatoes, or Parmesan buttered fettuccine noodles. A baked potato station or Gourmet 5-cheese baked mac & cheese may be substituted for an additional $2.00 per person.
