Every event deserves great food and drinks! Schanks offers an outstanding variety of buffet style dinners. We can also create or customize a menu for you. Each of the following dishes are served with your choice of accompaniments and fresh rolls and butter. Minimum 20 guests per selection on all dinner buffets.
Royal Feast:
Schanks most popular entrée. AAA Prime Rib chef carved and served with Yorkshire pudding, demi-glaze, au jus and horseradish.

Traditional Turkey:
Oven roasted turkey piled on home-style dressing, mouth-watering gravy and cranberries for the ultimate feast anytime.

Slow Roasted Baron of Beef:
Chef-carved, succulent roast baron of beef served with demi-glaze and horseradish.

Asiago Breast of Chicken:
Mouth watering tender oven-roasted bone-in chicken breast with fresh herbs and Asiago cheese.

Honey Baked Ham:
Chef-carved, tender and fresh ham baked to perfection. Served with gourmet mustard, applesauce and pineapple rings.

Lemon Herb Chicken:
Double breast of chicken marinated and baked in Schanks own blend of fresh lemon and herbs.

Gunpowder Maple Glaze Salmon:
Thick cut salmon fillet seasoned with Schanks secret Gunpowder spice rub and glazed with maple syrup.

Choose a Salad:
Schanks garden salad, Caesar salad, Potato salad or Pasta salad. For an additional $1.50 per person, Spinach salad or Greek salad can be substituted.
Choose a vegetable:
Roasted vegetable medley, honey glazed carrots, or green beans in black bean sauce.
Choose a potato/grain:
Garlic mashed potatoes, steamed Jasmine coconut rice with green peas,
oven-roasted potatoes, or Parmesan buttered fettuccine noodles. A baked potato station may be substituted for an additional $2.00 per person.
