Cuisine - Appetizers

The perfect buffet for every occasion! Schanks recommends that a four or five item
appetizer buffet is suitable for very light appetizers, six to seven items is a substantial
appetizer spread and if you would like to consider your selections a meal choose
eight to ten items. We welcome any requests you may have. Please consult with our
Function Coordinator for pricing and suggestions. Appetizer buffets require an order for
a minimum of 15 guests.

  This Fiesta is sure to satisfy all appetites in your group. We'll provide the flour tortillas and taco shells, you do the creating with your choice of one of the following

  (Add $5.95 per person for each additional selection.) Mexican Fiesta is accompanied by Spanish rice, peppered kernel corn and Schanks signature chips and secret salsa. Garnish your creation with sour cream, grated cheese, garden fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce and onion.
