Premium Wine & Cheese Festivity

It's Schanks version of a traditional favorite. Your group will enjoy delicious cheeses that are simple, exotic and everything in between. They'll be equally impressed with our assortment of baguettes, crisps and crackers served alongside a fresh fruit platter: Two glasses of wine will be served to each guest from a list of red and white selections from regions around the world.

Unforgettable Martini Party

Mix and mingle in true style! Schanks will arrange an unforgettable soiree that includes an impressive martini menu and a remarkable appetizer spread. Each guest will sip on two martinis customized at your own martini station. Impressive Hors d'oeuvres include fresh-shucked oysters served with frozen vodka, caviar and gourmet crackers, lox with capers and cream cheese canapes, California sushi rolls, and a cornucopia ice sculpture fruit medley.
