This fiesta is sure to satisfy all appetites in your group. We will provide the flour tortillas and taco shells you do the creating! Choose your fiesta favourite:

  • Spicy taco beef
  • Fajita chicken tossed with fresh grilled peppers and onions
  • Fajita shrimp tossed with fresh grilled peppers and onions

(Add $5.00 per person for each additional selection)

Accompaniments: Spanish rice, peppered kernel corn and Schanks chips & salsa accompanies the Mexican Fiesta. Garnish your creations with sour cream, grated cheese, garden fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce and onion.

Vegetarian lasagna, Caesar salad, bruschetta and garlic toast accompanies
this popular feast.

Choose one main dish:

  • Meatballs Marinara
  • Italian Rosemary roasted chicken

Accompaniments: Fettuccini noodles served with roasted garlic alfredo sauce and zesty tomato oregano sauce.

A classic! Choose a Salad:

  • Schanks House salad
  • Caesar salad
  • Tomato cucumber vinaigrette
  • Potato salad
  • Schanks pasta salad

  • Texas BBQ beef on a bun
  • Boneless beef short ribs
  • Roasted quarter chicken drizzled with chipotle honey BBQ sauce

Savor the best of ranch and sea! Enjoy grilled shrimp skewers and Jack Daniels basted chicken breasts, served with Schanks House Salad. Choose two accompaniments:

  • Baked potatoes
  • Parmesan Buttered Fettuccini
  • Baked beans
  • Steamed vegetable medley
  • Sauteed green beans in black bean sauce

$20.95/ person, minimum 20 people

Please limit your dinner selection to one theme feast per group. Vegetarian, low sodium and allergy concerns should be addressed with your Function Coordinator at least one week prior to your function. Please note 15% gratuity and 5% GST will be applied to all orders.
